Black opal from Lightning Ridge in Australia. This is where the finest black opals in the world are mined. The opal weighs 3.18carats and has excellent play of color with blues, greens and flashes of orange and red. The mounting has two baguette cut diamonds weighing a total of .41carts, the diamonds have G-H color and VS1 clarity. The ring is set in platinum and is a size 5.5. It can be sized.
